We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted Burleigh pottery; if your order isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap your pottery in its original protective tissue and sturdy boxing to ensure these delicate pieces are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
